Копитко В.І. Регіональні особливості розвитку логістичного аутсорсингу
АНОТАЦІЯ
Розглядається один з важливих напрямків забезпечення конкурентоспроможності бізнесу – впровадження інноваційних форм регіональної організації суб'єктів бізнесу та їх взаємозв'язків із зовнішнім економічним середовищем. Пропонується розробка стратегії розвитку регіонів за інноваційним сценарієм, що вимагає врахування регіональних особливостей розвитку логістичного аутсорсингу, що дозволилить поліпшити ефективність використання регіональної логістичної системи як сукупності організацій, зв'язаних за допомогою аналізу потокових напрямків (матеріальних, фінансових, людських та інформаційних) на регіональному рівні з метою задоволення потреб суспільства, а також виявити етапи аналізу потоків і закономірності їх руху.

АННОТАЦИЯ
Рассматривается одно из важных направлений обеспечения конкурентоспособности бизнеса – внедрение инновационных форм региональной организации субъектов бизнеса и их взаимосвязей с внешней экономической средой. Предлагается разработка стратегии развития регионов по инновационному сценарию, что требует учета региональных особенностей развития логистического аутсорсинга, что позволило улучшить эффективность использования региональной логистической системы как совокупности организаций, связанных с помощью анализа потоковых направлений (материальных, финансовых, человеческих и информационных) на региональном уровне с целью удовлетворения потребностей общества, а также выявить этапы анализа потоков и закономерности их движения.

ANNOTATION
Is considered one of the important directions of ensuring business competitiveness – introduction of innovative forms of regional organization of business entities and their relationships with the external economic environment. This requires the use of instruments of logistics in resources providing of targeted programs of economic development of the region including logistics outsourcing. Is proposed the development of a strategy of regional development according to the innovative scenario that requires taking into account regional peculiarities of logistics outsourcing development, that will allow to improve efficiency of using of regional logistics system as a set of institutions that are linked through the analysis of flow directions (material, financial, human and information) at regional level to meet the needs of society and to identify the stages of analysis of flows and tendencies of their movement. Development of the regional market of logistics services in transport should provide diversification of logistics operations complex for the formation of cargo flows and their provider ensuring. Modern processes of economic development in the country require from the operator companies an adequate strategy of development using the tool of logistics outsourcing. The activities of the operator in the transport sector should be directed primarily on the regulation of relations with the carrier and other participants in the transportation process and the level of profitability (loss) of transport enterprises. Development of operator activity in the regions should be through diversification, oriented to the customer and the end user. Using of logistics outsourcing in regional branches of PSC "Ukrainian Railways" will improve the structural links of logistics systems with high bandwidth, and is significantly hampered, leading to the formation of very complex interactions between subsystems and provide the transport sector.
